Accounts & Subscriptions

KONGRA Creative offers the following core membership tiers: Free, Maker, and Studio, each at the then-current prices posted on our website (or, for eligible early subscribers, a locked-in founding price). Selected designs and resources are available without an account; creating a free account also grants a one-time allowance of welcome credits, which expire sixty (60) days after they are granted. By creating an account or making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout, and can be canceled anytime from your account page; you keep access through the end of the current billing period. Designs accessed through the library are licensed for your personal or commercial use on finished products; you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the digital files themselves available to others as files, whether or not modified. We may change standard subscription pricing at any time upon at least 30 days' prior notice; the new price takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period. Studio memberships include a monthly allowance of credits, which may be spent on custom designs in any craft. Credits included with a membership remain valid for two (2) months from the date they are granted; credits bought in a credit pack remain valid for one (1) year from purchase. Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are forfeited on expiry or on termination of your account.

In addition to the tiers above, KONGRA Creative offers two standalone subscription products, each billed separately at the then-current price posted on our website: (a) Quilting, which provides printable English Paper Piecing templates and appliqué cut files; and (b) Stitch & Diamond, which provides photo-to-pattern conversions as described below (a per-pattern fee, at the price shown at checkout, applies to each custom pattern order). These subscriptions, which are billed monthly, may be cancelled at any time from your account page, and provide access through the end of the then-current billing period.

Founding-member pricing. A limited number of early subscribers (the first 100 to take out an annual Studio membership at the founding rate) may be offered a locked-in founding rate, under which an annual Studio membership is charged at the standard annual Maker price. Provided the subscription remains active, is renewed annually, and remains continuously in good standing, this rate applies for the life of that subscription and will not increase for so long as you maintain it without interruption. The founding rate is personal to your account, is not transferable, and applies only to the specific tier for which it was granted. If you cancel, or your subscription lapses, expires for non-payment, or is terminated, the founding rate is forfeited permanently, and any future subscription will be at then-current standard pricing. We may discontinue or materially change any product line or pricing model at our discretion; if we discontinue a product line for which a founding rate was granted, that rate applies only for so long as the product line remains available.

Custom SVG Commissions

Any signed-in account may submit a written description of a custom design, paying either with credits or at the then-current per-design price shown at checkout. The design is generated by AI and reviewed by a real person before delivery. Once a commission is approved and delivered to your account, you receive an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use that design — personally or commercially — including on physical products you sell. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the digital file itself available to others as a file, whether or not modified. We retain a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from delivered commissions for internal, portfolio, promotional, and service-improvement purposes.

Each delivered commission includes 2 free revisions — describe what you'd like changed from your account page, and it goes back through the same review step before redelivery. A 3rd or further revision on that same design is a separate paid add-on at the price shown at checkout; this fee is charged before the revision is generated and is non-refundable once the revised design is generated, except where a revision is rejected for a Prohibited Content reason covered below, in which case it's treated the same as a rejected commission.

SVG Bundles

Bundles are curated, multi-design packs available as a one-time purchase to any signed-in account, regardless of subscription tier. A bundle purchase grants you a permanent, non-expiring, exclusive license to use the files included in that bundle at the time of purchase — personally or commercially — including on physical products you sell. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the digital files themselves available to others as files, whether or not modified. A bundle purchase is not a subscription and does not renew or charge again.

Quarterly Free Design Vote

Members on a paid tier may vote, roughly once a quarter, on which of a small set of design options KONGRA should create next. When voting closes, the winning design is delivered to every then-active paid member — not only to those who voted, and not to Free-tier accounts. Maker and Studio members receive both the cut-ready SVG and a print-ready image; subscribers remaining on a legacy Library plan receive the SVG only. This is a subscriber perk tied to being an active subscriber when a given vote closes, not a guaranteed or accrued benefit — it isn't owed to an account that cancels before a vote closes, and its availability, cadence, and design options may change or be discontinued at our discretion.

Stitch & Diamond — Photo Uploads & Pattern Conversion

Stitch & Diamond lets you upload a personal photograph, which we convert into a digital cross-stitch or diamond-painting pattern delivered as a PDF.

You keep ownership of the images you upload ("User Content") and grant KONGRA Creative a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, reproduce, and process them solely to create and deliver your order. You represent and warrant that: you own or have all necessary rights to each image you upload; the image infringes no third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; every identifiable individual depicted (or, for a minor, that individual's parent or legal guardian) has consented to your uploading and processing the image for this purpose; and the image contains no unlawful, explicit, or otherwise prohibited material. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold KONGRA Creative harmless from any claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of User Content you submit.

We may refuse, remove, or decline to process any User Content, and may suspend or terminate any account, for any actual or suspected violation of these terms, in our sole discretion.

Patterns and other AI-generated files are produced using automated tools and are provided for your use — personally or commercially — in your own finished craft projects. We do not guarantee that any generated file is unique, original, or free from similarity to other works, and we make no representation that any file is protectable by copyright or that you will obtain exclusive rights in it. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the digital files themselves available to others as files, whether or not modified.

Prohibited Content — Copyrighted & Trademarked Material

"Prohibited Content" means any material that violates the restrictions set forth in this section and the following section on illegal, hateful, or exploitative material, including but not limited to copyrighted characters, trademarked material, illegal content, hate speech, and exploitative material.

We cannot create designs that reproduce copyrighted characters, franchises, sports team logos or branding (college or professional), celebrity likenesses, or other material you do not hold the rights to. This applies regardless of how the request is worded — including close paraphrases or "inspired by" requests intended to approximate protected material.

By submitting a commission request, you represent that it does not call for the reproduction of copyrighted or trademarked material, and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold KONGRA Creative harmless from any claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from a request you submitted that turns out to infringe a third party's rights.

If a commission is rejected because it violates this policy:

• On the 1st and 2nd such rejection, your commission credit is refunded, and you receive a written warning.
• On the 3rd such rejection, your account is terminated, your subscription is canceled immediately, and the commission credit is forfeited (not refunded).

We reserve the right to terminate an account immediately, without the above warning sequence, for egregious or repeated bad-faith attempts to obtain infringing material.

Prohibited Content — Illegal, Hateful, or Exploitative Material

Beyond the copyright/trademark policy above, we will not create — and reserve the right to immediately terminate any account that requests — designs involving:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic material, or any sexualized depiction of a minor (zero tolerance, no exceptions)
• Hate speech or symbols promoting hatred or violence based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Terrorism, or symbols/slogans of designated extremist or hate organizations
• Self-harm or suicide promotion, glorification, or instruction
• Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, or other illegal activity (including fraud, counterfeiting, or forged documents)
• Graphic violence, or glorification of real-world tragedies, mass violence, or terrorism
• Harassment, defamation, or targeting of a specific private individual

This list illustrates our policy but is not exhaustive — we may decline any request, and terminate any account, that we determine in good faith violates the spirit of this policy even if not specifically listed above. Unlike the copyright/trademark policy above, a violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without a warning sequence, given the nature of this content.

Print & Ship (Canvas Theory)

The Print & Ship add-on is fulfilled by Canvas Theory, an independent print shop — KONGRA Creative facilitates the order and payment but does not manufacture or ship the physical item itself. Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Print orders are final once placed; if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the issue and we'll work with Canvas Theory to make it right.

Physical Products & Kits

KONGRA Creative may sell physical items and assembled kits (which may include fabric, floss, needles, and beads or drills), fulfilled by us or by partners including Canvas Theory. To fulfill a physical order, we provide the fulfilling partner with your name and shipping address.

Prices are exclusive of tax; applicable sales or use tax is added at checkout where required. Production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to physical goods pass to you upon delivery of the goods by our partner or us to the carrier.

Because kits and printed items are made to order, all sales are final and non-refundable, except that if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the issue.

Kits may contain small parts and sharp objects (such as needles) and are intended for adult crafters. They are not toys and are not suitable for young children.

Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods — cancel anytime to stop future charges, but the current period is not prorated. Commission credits are refunded when a commission is rejected during review, except where forfeited under the Prohibited Content policy above. Paid revision fees (see Custom SVG Commissions above) and bundle purchases are final once the revision or bundle is delivered.

Physical products, assembled kits, and Stitch & Diamond custom pattern fees are handled as described in the Physical Products & Kits and Stitch & Diamond sections above; made-to-order physical items are final-sale except where they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Account Termination

In addition to the Prohibited Content policy above, we may suspend or terminate an account for abuse of the service, fraudulent payment activity, or other violations of these terms. Upon termination for cause, any unused commission credits are forfeited, no refund is due for the remaining subscription period, and your license to use the service terminates immediately.

Text Message (SMS) Notifications

By providing a mobile number and enabling text notifications, you consent to receive account and operational SMS messages from KONGRA Creative (for example, alerts that a custom design needs review or is ready). Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled — notably, we do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service, including any AI-generated design, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KONGRA CREATIVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated design will meet your expectations beyond the revision policy described above.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KONGRA Creative's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or prominent notice on the site, along with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after the updated policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
